Rules:	The Taco Bell® VIP Ticket Sweepstakes Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. See official rules posted at www.mylocaltacobell.com. The first Sweepstakes begins on or about 8:00 a.m., Central Standard Time (CST), on May 20, 2008, and the last Sweepstakes ends at 5:59 p.m., CST on October 31, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”). This Sweepstakes consists of six (5) separate random drawings (each with different prizes and drawing dates). Concert Dates and Deadline Dates: - Van’s Warped Tour / Concert Date: August 2, 2008 Enter by: July 25, 2008 at 5:59 p.m., CST - Tony Hawk's Boom Boom Huck Jam / Concert Date: August 13, 2008 Enter by: August 4, 2008 at 5:59 p.m., CST - Projekt Revolution / Concert Date: August 16, 2008 Enter by: August 8, 2008 at 5:59 p.m., CST There are three additional concert dates and times that are to be determined. Concert and Drawing Dates will be updated as they become available. If, in ESW and Taco Bell’s sole discretion, no suitable concert dates become available, ESW and Taco Bell reserves the right to refrain from conducting the other three drawings. Promotion will be conducted at the offices of ESW (600 West Fulton Ave, 3rd Floor, Chicago, IL 60661) from entries submitted to www.mylocaltacobell.com or via filling out an entry form in-store or via text message of the word “TACO” to 84681. 2. TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Taco Bell® VIP Ticket Sweepstakes begins on May 12, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on October 31, 2008 at 5:59 P.M., Central Standard Time. Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes by accessing http://www.mylocaltacobell.com/ “Web Site”) or via texting the word “TACO” to 84681 Information required on the website form consists of your name, address (including zip code), telephone number (including area code), year of birth, e-mail address (“Entry”). Entries are limited to one entry per person, wireless telephone number or email address. All required entry information must be completed in full in order for an Entry to be eligible. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void. All entries must be received by 5:59pm the deadline date for each of the individual concerts. Entries are subject to the terms of the mylocaltacobell.com privacy statement and these official rules. 3. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to U.S. residents of Illinois or Indiana 18 years or older. Sweepstakes is not open to employees, officers, directors, partners, members and agents, and their respective immediate family members and members of their same households, (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Taco Bell, ESW and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates. Sponsors retain full discretion over eligibility determination. Void in Florida and where prohibited by law. 4. INTERNET ENTRY: Sponsors are not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems in connection with the transmission or receipt of entry, including faulty electronic data transmission, traffic congestion on the Internet or on the web site, hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other online communications problems. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsors resulting from user’s attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any information in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes. ESW Partners and Taco Bell have sole discretion on determining illegible entries. CAUTION; ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN THE EVENT THE PROMOTION IS COMPROMISED BY VIRUS, BUGS, NON-AUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION OR OTHER CAUSES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF SPONSOR WHICH CORRUPTS OR IMPAIRS THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS OR PROPER PLAY OF THE PROMOTION, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO MODIFY, SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND TO AWARD THE PRIZE FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED PRIOR TO ACTION TAKEN BY SPONSOR. 5. By participating, entrants agree (a) to abide by and be bound these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor; (b) to release Taco Bell and ESW Partners and their members, agents, and other related entities from any and all liability with respect to prize received in this sweepstakes or from participating in this Sweepstakes; (c) to the use of their names and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Winners will be required to sign a Release. 6. TEXT ENTRY: Entries are eligible via texting the word “TACO” to 84681. Unless otherwise announced, Sponsor or its Mobile Agent will not require the payment of an additional fee to enter the Sweepstakes in which the means of entry is the submission of a text message. Standard text messaging rates, as established by an individual’s wireless carrier, may apply, and Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any fees or charges incurred for and associated with any text message sent to or from Sponsor’ Mobile Agent. Any and all fees arising out of the transmission of a text message shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant. By participating in a Sweepstakes in which text message based entry is permitted, entrants acknowledge that text messages are distributed and delivered through third party providers; Sponsor does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, the delivery or timeliness of any text message entry. Sponsor will at all times consider the time that a message is logged as arriving in its system as being the time of entry, regardless of the time at which the entrant attempted to send the entry and any technical problems or other complications that may have delayed its delivery. Sponsor and its Mobile Agent is not responsible for service outages, message failures, transmission delays or any other factor affecting the availability or performance of the text messaging service. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, it is impossible or impractical to complete the contest as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. Sponsors are not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems in connection with the transmission or receipt of entry, including faulty electronic data transmission, traffic congestion on the Internet or on the web site, hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other online communications problems. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsors resulting from user’s attempt to participate in the Promotion or download any information in connection with participating in the Promotion. For any and all Sweepstakes with text message based entry, entrants will be required, as requested through in store announcements, to provide certain information via a text message submission to a designated telephone number. Text message entries must meet all requirements set forth in the in-store announcements in order to be eligible. Winners will be determined in accordance with the criteria set forth in the in-store announcement in which entries were solicited. Text message based entry into any contest is subject to the Sweepstakes rules, Sponsor’s standard terms and conditions and the terms of the mylocaltacobell.com privacy statement.. The foregoing policies can be obtained from the Sponsor website or by sending a written request to Sponsor for a copy of such policies. Decisions of Sponsor are final. Such decisions may include, but are not limited to, whether an entry adheres to the entry criteria, the time of entry receipt by Sponsor’s Mobile Agent (Image Architecture), the order in which text message entries are received, the eligibility of the entrant, and, in the event entry requires the submission of an answer or response, whether that answer or response is correct. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor may contact that entrant at the telephone number from which the text message entry was received. All text message entries must come from a valid and identifiable telephone number. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry if that entry’s source and sender cannot be reasonably determined. Sponsor, through its third party text messaging administrators, will store all messages received on its system. 7. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be notified by Sponsor by phone call and email on or about a week prior to the concert date. The winner will be selected from among all eligible Entries received via text message and through www.mylocaltacobell.com. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 8. PRIZE DETAILS: Entrants have a chance to win. One (1) grand prize of two (2) VIP concert tickets to one of the concerts in the Taco Bell Concert Series. One (1) second place winner will receive a prize, which may include an autographed guitar with an estimated retail value of $200. Limit one prize per person, no prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner. The prize is non-transferable. Any taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of winner. 9. AWARDING OF THE PRIZE: Winners must present official picture identification or valid driver’s license and must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release and Sweepstakes Rules Release before receiving the prize from ESW Partners. Winners agree that ESW Partners and/or Taco Bell Corp and its franchisees/licensees and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates may use their name or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. 10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By participating, entrants agree (a) to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding; (b) to the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and (c) to release Sponsors, their parent companies and franchisees/licensees, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, award supplier, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from all liability in connection with any prize received in this Sweepstakes or from participating in this Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities. Entrants waive the right to assert, as a cost of receiving prize, any and all costs of redemption; (d) each winner assumes all liability and risk for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or the receipt or use of any prize. 11. Taco Bell, ESW Partners and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes or announcement of the prize(s). 12. Winners List: A copy of the winner’s list will be posted on www.mylocaltacobell.com once everyone has been notified. 13.
